Shannon Rollins is a believer in the redemptive and transformative power of reinvention! She is a firm proponent that each one of us owes it to ourselves to deliberately, and sometimes scarily, break past the immoveable truths of our past and the crystalized cages of our present.

She believes that we – all of us – owe it to ourselves to overcome the fear of changing out the elements of our lives that do not bring joy, peace, happiness, or fulfillment for the elements of life that do. And we should do it NOW!

An author, a pastor and women’s leader for twenty years, and an inductee to the 2015 National Association of Professional Women “Woman of the Year Circle”, Shannon has found her message resonates loudest with women across the world who are committing to themselves to lay claim to a personal, professional, and altogether extraordinary life infused by the love and power of God and the inextinguishable fires of the passionate and authentic “YOU.”

Shannon, a Los Angeles native and accomplished entertainment business manager who has led the financial affairs of celebrities and executives for more than 27 years, is President of Encore Business Management Inc., a multi-service business management and tax firm. She launched GLOW! — God’s Love Over Women — in 2016 to train women (and men!) all over the world to connect their daily life with a loving, dynamic, interactive and down-to-earth God who is willing and able to help them achieve the extraordinary!

When not finding her GLOW or helping others to find theirs, Shannon can be found enjoying her home on the sunny beaches of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, advising top executives throughout the U.S. to help create sound strategies for stable financial futures, or working on the follow-up to her first book ‘Finding Your Glow’ due out in 2019.
